# FAQ

Straight answers about the universe, products and token information.

## What is Sleepless AI?

Sleepless AI is building AI-driven entertainment and AI companion experiences. Its universe connects distinct characters through music, films, games, stories and personal interaction.

## How many characters are there?

The core AI-star cast has 13 distinct characters: SOL, NOVA, VEGA and EON as four independent Ultimate Super Stars; REN, RUI and KAI in ARC//ONE; NAMI, MIRA and SENA in NEVRA; and HARU, MIO and LYRA in HERE//NOW. POP creatures and supporting game characters do not change this core roster.

## Can I play all thirteen Game City worlds now?

No. The official city map lists eight open gates as of 20 October 2026: GOLDEN HOUR, CELL13, LUMI, AFTER HOURS, SWEET CITY, AFTERFRAME, WILDCARD NIGHT and POCKET PARADE. VEGA, RUI, KAI, NAMI and MIO remain locked on that map. First Light and the card galleries have separate website entries.

## What are First Light and POP?

First Light is the character card-strategy game. POP combines a creature-collection gallery with a broader adventure in development. The public gallery and a local playable development build are separate experiences; consult their release notes for current content.

## Are the newest story events already live?

A completed build and a public rollout are different stages. First Light's Dawn Beyond the Mirror and The Thirteenth Bell have completed source delivery, while their latest public deployment has not been confirmed in this review. See the Roadmap delivery baseline for dated status.

## Do browser games need a wallet or cloud account?

Check the individual game for its access rules. Browser progress is generally stored on the current device and browser, while shared online features depend on their own services. Clearing browser storage can remove local progress. Initial loading and media delivery need internet access. Game scores, cards and fictional chips do not imply token rewards or cash redemption.

## Where can I watch the music films?

Open MV — The Screening Room from the official website. Its current selector lists RUI, KAI, REN, EON and HARU. Films and character teasers are creative works; they do not demonstrate autonomous live performance or companion-product capabilities.

## Can I mint or claim an NFT through Global Thaw or a card gallery?

Global Thaw is an interactive artwork preview. The card galleries present game artwork and collectible experiences. Neither presentation alone provides a mint, sale, claim or on-chain ownership. Any release terms and official participation destination must be announced separately.

## Does VOTE use $AI or make an on-chain transaction?

The published VOTE model records off-chain Fan Heat through a verified website session. It does not charge gas, request token approval or require $AI. The published daily rule allows each EVM address to support each character once per UTC day; signing in does not automatically cast a vote. Follow the live page for access and current rules.

## Are the characters available to chat with or watch live?

A profile, game, film or promotional video does not by itself confirm an interactive companion or live service. Check the specific product entry point and its release information.

## What are HIM and HER?

They are the AI boyfriend and AI girlfriend companion product lines. ARC//ONE and NEVRA are separate entertainment groups. Their creative labels Project HIM and Project HER do not make every member an available companion.

## Which devices and platforms are supported?

[All products](https://linktr.ee/SleeplessAI) is the official product directory. Support varies by product and version. Some larger 3D and card experiences have device requirements; a website entry is not an all-device compatibility guarantee.

## Is everything free?

Access, feature limits, optional purchases and payment methods depend on the product. Check its current prices and terms. Reading the whitepaper does not require a purchase.

## Is $AI the same as diamonds, cards or game resources?

No. Diamonds and other game resources have product-specific rules; $AI has a separate published token framework. Do not assume they share supply, transferability or redemption rights.

## Does this update change token allocations or existing NFT rights?

No token allocation change is introduced here. Historical token and NFT terms are retained for reference. This editorial update does not revoke existing entitlements; questions about them require the relevant original terms and official support.

## Are old airdrop and auction pages active?

They describe launch-era campaigns and remain marked as archives. They are not new offers or active claim instructions. Verify current events through official channels.

## Can I rely on an AI character for important decisions?

AI responses may be inaccurate. These are entertainment and companion experiences, not professional advice or emergency services. See Interaction principles.
