# FAQ

Straight answers about the universe, products and token information.

## What is Sleepless AI?

Sleepless AI is building AI-driven entertainment and AI companion experiences. Its creative universe includes stars, idol groups and virtual hosts.

## How many characters are there?

The current website cast has 13 distinct characters: four Ultimate Super Stars, three members of ARC//ONE, three members of NEVRA and three members of HERE//NOW. The four homepage stars are not members of those groups.

## Can I play all thirteen Game City worlds now?

No. Four character games are publicly accessible as of 11 September 2026: NOVA’s CELL13, MIRA’s SWEET CITY, SENA’s AFTERFRAME and HARU’s WILDCARD NIGHT. The remaining nine character game gates are in development. All 13 characters have landmarks and profiles, but that is not a promise that every game is open. ## Do the current browser games need a wallet or cloud account?

The four current Game City browser releases do not require wallet connection, token ownership or payment to play. They load from the website and save gameplay progress locally on the current device/browser, not to a shared cloud account. Initial loading and media delivery require internet access; clearing browser storage can remove progress. Game scores and resources do not imply token rewards.

## Can I mint or claim an NFT through Global Thaw?

No. [Global Thaw](/experiences/global-thaw.md) is an interactive artwork preview, not a mint, sale or claim page. The collection remains in production. Any release terms and official participation destination will be announced separately.

## Does VOTE use $AI or make an on-chain transaction?

No. The current VOTE experience uses a verified website session to record off-chain Fan Heat. It does not charge gas, request token approval or require $AI. Each EVM address can support each character once per UTC day, and signing in never casts a vote automatically.

## Are the characters already available to chat with or watch live?

A profile or promotional video does not by itself confirm an interactive product or live service. Check the specific product entry point and its release information for current capabilities.

## What are HIM and HER?

They are the AI boyfriend and AI girlfriend companion product lines. They should not be confused with ARC//ONE and NEVRA, the entertainment groups sometimes presented under the creative labels Project HIM and Project HER.

## Which devices and platforms are supported?

Use the [All products](https://linktr.ee/SleeplessAI) directory and the relevant product page. Support can vary by product and version. Old references to upcoming iOS, Android or Steam releases are not a current compatibility list.

## Is everything free?

Access, feature limits, optional purchases and payment methods depend on the product. Check its current prices and terms. Reading the whitepaper does not require a purchase.

## Is $AI the same as diamonds?

No. Diamonds were described as in-game currency; $AI has a separate published token framework. Do not assume the two have the same supply, transferability or redemption rights.

## Does this update change token allocations or existing NFT rights?

No token allocation change is introduced here. Historical token and NFT terms are retained for reference. This editorial refresh does not revoke existing entitlements; questions about them require the relevant original terms and official support.

## Are the old airdrop and auction pages still active?

They describe launch-era campaigns and are marked as archives. They are not new offers or active claim instructions. Verify any current event through official channels.

## Can I rely on an AI character for important decisions?
