Future targets are covered in the [Roadmap](/roadmap.md). ## 2023 — Foundations ### 4 August — Binance Labs investment through MVB VI **Ecosystem** Binance Labs announced an investment in Sleepless AI as one of four selected projects from the sixth Most Valuable Builder program. This established an early institutional and BNB Chain ecosystem milestone. This was an early testing milestone, separate from the later public App Store launch. This was the initial Launchpool campaign, not an ongoing offer. On 24 January 2024, the project published an apology and said it had completed repurchases for buyers who selected that option. This history should be read with that subsequent community response; it is not an invitation to participate in an active sale. The official account confirmed the listing that day. This records the historical listing and does not imply an investment recommendation or future return. This records the announcement at that time; it is not a current proof-of-reserves statement or a change to the treasury restrictions. The campaign brought the project's characters and companion concept into public spaces. This is a dated, project-reported measure of the campaign's reach. This marks the release of a creative work, not proof of fully autonomous AI or a playable open world. The announcement explicitly described it as an initial free testing phase, with further optimization planned. Citing DappBay data accessed on 26 July, it also reported 210.85K opBNB users and 3.72M transactions over 30 days. These are historical figures with a specific measurement window, not current user counts. REN introduced ARC//ONE; Project HER presented NEVRA's identity; and HERE//NOW was introduced as a three-host virtual-streamer group. The accompanying campaign previewed the new website. These posts establish the creative direction and public reveal—not a claim that all depicted music, livestream or companion features were already live. Each archive combines character identity, motion media and a direct path back to its group, with device-optimized video delivery for mobile and desktop. Fans can sign in with an EVM wallet and add one Fan Heat to each character once per UTC day. Voting is off-chain: it does not create a blockchain transaction, charge gas or request token approval, and signing in does not automatically cast a vote. At this initial prototype stage, the individual character gates were still sealed and were not presented as released games. Together they introduce action adventure, match-three play, branching narrative and an action challenge. Progress is stored locally. This is an interactive creative preview, not a mint, sale or claim interface. The collection itself remains in production. Deployment is a separate operational step; this milestone does not confirm a live community service. NFT artwork production also advanced through individual review and versioned, file-integrity-checked archives; the full collection is not yet complete. ## How to read this timeline * Historical entries retain their cited official posts, product announcements and primary partner sources. The September update adds first-party product availability checks from 11 September 2026 and completed development handoffs supported by project delivery records. This is a curated history, not a complete archive of every social post or internal production task. * Dates use UTC for X announcements. Where a source describes an earlier event, that distinction is stated. First-party availability checks are labeled separately from completed development handoffs and work still in production. Product launches, tests, partnership announcements, creative previews and interactive prototypes are also distinguished. * Historic campaigns, auctions and rewards may have ended.
