2023 — Foundations
4 August — Binance Labs investment through MVB VI
Ecosystem
Binance Labs announced an investment in Sleepless AI as one of four selected projects from the sixth Most Valuable Builder program. This established an early institutional and BNB Chain ecosystem milestone.

19 December — The first public website goes live
Product launch
Sleepless AI announced the launch of its official website, introducing its AI virtual-companion platform and an entry point for discovering HIM and HER.
21 December — HIM Genesis Test begins
Public test
HIM opened its Genesis Test, with test access for eligible players and an Android test release. This was an early testing milestone, separate from the later public App Store launch.

26 December — Folius Ventures and Foresight Ventures announced
Funding announcement
The project announced a new funding round led by Folius Ventures and separately acknowledged investment from Foresight Ventures. The dates here refer to the public announcements, not necessarily the dates the investments closed.

26–28 December — $AI joins Binance Launchpool
Token distribution
Binance announced Sleepless AI on Launchpool on 26 December; farming opened on 28 December. This was the initial Launchpool campaign, not an ongoing offer.

31 December – 1 January 2024 — HIM Genesis NFT auction
Historical event
The HIM Genesis NFT I auction opened through NFPrompt, followed by a winners announcement. On 24 January 2024, the project published an apology and said it had completed repurchases for buyers who selected that option. This history should be read with that subsequent community response; it is not an invitation to participate in an active sale.

2024 — Product delivery and infrastructure
4 January — $AI begins trading on Binance
Exchange listing
Following Launchpool, $AI began trading on Binance. The official account confirmed the listing that day. This records the historical listing and does not imply an investment recommendation or future return.
12 April — Ceffu custody arrangement announced
Asset infrastructure
Sleepless AI announced a custody relationship with Ceffu covering specified $AI reserves, including the long-term treasury. This records the announcement at that time; it is not a current proof-of-reserves statement or a change to the treasury restrictions.
1 July — PixVerse collaboration announced
AI video
The project announced an AI-video collaboration with PixVerse, marking a step in its exploration of character expression beyond text and still images.
24 August — HIM reaches the App Store
Product launch
Sleepless AI announced HIM's official App Store release in more than 150 countries and regions, expanding mobile access to its AI-boyfriend experience.
19 December — Companion agents arrive on X
Platform expansion
The project introduced Phoenix and Ellie companion-agent accounts on X, extending character interaction beyond the standalone companion applications.
2025 — More platforms, more ways to connect
15–19 February — AI Companions Everywhere begins its public journey
Community
Official recaps documented the first stop at Ximending in Taipei and the second at New York's Times Square. The campaign brought the project's characters and companion concept into public spaces.

3 March — HER Web App launches
Product launch
Sleepless AI announced the launch of HER's Web App alongside a BNB Chain and Binance Wallet campaign, adding a browser-based entry point for its AI-girlfriend product line.
19 March — HIM Android download available from the website
Mobile distribution
The official account announced that the latest HIM Android version could be downloaded from the project's website, adding a direct distribution channel alongside the iOS release.
24 June — Telegram companion bots begin with Phoenix
Platform expansion
Phoenix was introduced as the first HIM virtual boyfriend in the project's Telegram chatbot rollout. Further individual HIM and HER companion bots followed over the next months.
11 July — Binance Wallet dApp integration
Ecosystem integration
Binance Wallet included Sleepless AI in its announcement of newly live dApp integrations, adding another official discovery and access point.
10 September — An official Telegram hub is introduced
Product access
Sleepless AI introduced its official Telegram bot as a shared hub for instant play, AI companions and project updates.

2026 — From companions to AI entertainment
8 February — More than 30 AI Everywhere stops reported
Community milestone
Following its Singapore event, Sleepless AI reported more than 30 campaign stops worldwide over the preceding year. This is a dated, project-reported measure of the campaign's reach.
6 March — PROJECT HER comic serialization begins
Creative release
The project began publishing its AI-driven PROJECT HER comic, extending the companion universe into serialized storytelling. This marks the release of a creative work, not proof of fully autonomous AI or a playable open world.
20 March — A new HER Telegram Mini App enters free testing
Public test
The new HER Telegram Mini App was added to the official product directory. The announcement explicitly described it as an initial free testing phase, with further optimization planned.
5 August — A broader companion ecosystem: July snapshot
Reported snapshot
The July recap reported 31 official companion agents and continued HIM and HER model iteration. Citing DappBay data accessed on 26 July, it also reported 210.85K opBNB users and 3.72M transactions over 30 days. These are historical figures with a specific measurement window, not current user counts.

18–27 August — The AI-star entertainment universe is unveiled
Creative introduction / website preview
Public introductions connected ARC//ONE, NEVRA and HERE//NOW with the broader Sleepless AI universe. REN introduced ARC//ONE; Project HER presented NEVRA's identity; and HERE//NOW was introduced as a three-host virtual-streamer group. The accompanying campaign previewed the new website. These posts establish the creative direction and public reveal—not a claim that all depicted music, livestream or companion features were already live.

28 August — All 13 character archives go live
Website release
Sleepless AI’s redesigned website opened dedicated archives for all 13 characters across the Ultimate Super Stars, ARC//ONE, NEVRA and HERE//NOW. Each archive combines character identity, motion media and a direct path back to its group, with device-optimized video delivery for mobile and desktop.

1 September — VOTE opens for all 13 characters
Interactive release
The official site launched a dedicated VOTE gallery and character voting pages. Fans can sign in with an EVM wallet and add one Fan Heat to each character once per UTC day. Voting is off-chain: it does not create a blockchain transaction, charge gas or request token approval, and signing in does not automatically cast a vote.
1 September — Game City opens as an interactive prototype
Interactive prototype
Game City introduced a navigable map of four districts and 13 character landmarks, with an Experience view, Map Sketch and optional sound. It is a live website prototype for exploring the universe; the individual character gates remain sealed and are not presented as released games.

Dates use UTC for X announcements. Where a source describes an earlier event, that distinction is stated. For first-party website releases, dates reflect verified public availability. Product launches, tests, partnership announcements, creative previews and interactive prototypes are labeled separately.
Historic campaigns, auctions and rewards may have ended. Source posts are evidence of the announcement, not instructions to send funds or claim assets today.
Metrics retain the source's date and measurement window. Accounts, wallets, transactions and people are not interchangeable; historical figures and rankings should not be treated as current metrics.
