# What we do

Distinct characters. Shared worlds. Meaningful interaction.

## From characters to connection

We bring AI-native characters into entertainment and companion experiences. The same universe can be encountered through a film, a song, a character profile, a character-led browser game or a conversation—but each format should have a clear purpose.

Current experiences include [Game City](/experiences/game-city.md), [VOTE](/experiences/vote.md) and [Global Thaw](/experiences/global-thaw.md). Games, fan participation and an interactive artwork preview are available today.

## Our focus

## What makes a character matter

* **Identity before novelty.** A character should be recognizable beyond a single image or prompt.
* **Quality before volume.** Visuals, writing, sound and interaction should feel like parts of one world.
* **Connection without confusion.** Fictional personalities and AI-generated responses should not be mistaken for human beings or professional advice.
* **Clear product boundaries.** A creative concept, a working feature and a future direction are different things.

## The role of AI and Web3

AI supports character creation and interactive experiences. Web3 is part of the project’s token and digital-asset framework. Neither is a substitute for strong creative work or a useful product.

We do not treat “AI” as a promise of perfect accuracy, permanent memory or unrestricted autonomy. Token ownership likewise does not establish ownership of a character, its intellectual property or every future product feature.
