# Roadmap

> From characters people follow to AI people they can build a connection with.

Our five-year plan runs from October 2026 to September 2031. The immediate focus is Web3 AI stars and AI entertainment: original music, films, stories, virtual shows and meaningful fan participation. Over time, we aim to connect these creative identities with more capable AI companion experiences.

Year 1 is planned by calendar quarter. Each later planning year runs from October to the following September. The milestones below are development and creative targets, not a list of features already available.

## The five-year journey

## Year 1 — Establish the universe

### Q4 2026 · October – December | Identity and launch

* Launch the refreshed Sleepless AI website and whitepaper, with profiles for all 13 characters and clear entry points to the companion products.
* Complete a shared character bible and visual direction for the four Ultimate Super Stars, ARC//ONE, NEVRA and HERE//NOW.
* Run an introductory content campaign covering all four creative identities, supported by a coordinated editorial calendar.

### Q1 2027 · January – March | First original releases

* Release one original single and one accompanying music visualizer for each of ARC//ONE and NEVRA: two singles and two visualizers in total.
* Release four short cinematic character films, one for each Ultimate Super Star.
* Establish a recurring release rhythm for music, character stories, artwork and behind-the-scenes creative content.

### Q2 2027 · April – June | Shows and fan participation

* Produce a first eight-episode HERE//NOW digital season built around games, culture and conversation. Begin with produced episodes; introduce supervised live segments as the format and technology are ready.
* Open community creative polls on selected story themes, visual concepts and future content. State which choices are advisory and which will determine a release.
* Run one limited digital-collectible pilot connected to released artwork or music, with verifiable provenance and clearly published ownership, access and usage terms.

### Q3 2027 · July – September | A connected creative world

* Publish a four-part illustrated or motion-comic story that connects the creative worlds while preserving each character’s identity.
* Present one online showcase combining original music, character films and HERE//NOW hosting.
* Open an opt-in, closed interaction pilot for two AI star personalities, targeting text and voice conversation with clear memory controls and feedback collection.

## Year 2 — Build a cultural presence

**Q4 2027 – Q3 2028 · October 2027 – September 2028**

* Develop the first EP project for ARC//ONE and the first for NEVRA, with coordinated music videos, artwork and story material.
* Turn HERE//NOW into a recurring seasonal format and develop original projects with artists, musicians and other creators.
* Expand selected releases into additional languages and test online or hybrid cultural showcases.
* Improve the interaction pilot and design Web3 fan-participation experiments, including $AI-supported participation where defined by published product rules. Announce the scope of any new utility before launch.

## Year 3 — Connect the worlds

**Q4 2028 – Q3 2029 · October 2028 – September 2029**

* Develop a connected story cycle across music, comics and a short-form animated series.
* Prototype a shared interactive venue for performances, character encounters and community events.
* Introduce a curated creator program with licensed assets, attribution and clear commercial-use terms; explore on-chain provenance for eligible works.
* Develop consistent character identity and opt-in memory continuity across supported companion and entertainment experiences.

## Year 4 — Develop AI people

**Q4 2029 – Q3 2030 · October 2029 – September 2030**

* Bring selected characters into a limited AI people beta, combining text, voice, visual expression and user-controlled memory.
* Test supervised participation in live shows and collaborative creative sessions, with clear handoffs to human operators.
* Develop interactive stories that respond to audience choices while maintaining coherent character identities.
* Strengthen the production, rights-management and quality-control systems needed to support a growing creator network.

## Year 5 — Grow a lasting ecosystem

**Q4 2030 – Q3 2031 · October 2030 – September 2031**

* Connect music, visual storytelling, shows and companion experiences into a sustained AI entertainment ecosystem.
* Expand successful formats and collaborations internationally, guided by audience demand and production capacity.
* Evolve AI people from isolated interactions into persistent, permission-based identities across supported experiences, with bounded agency and human oversight.
* Develop a creator toolkit for consistent characters, collaborative content and authorized fan participation, with provenance and usage rights made clear.

## What we mean by AI people

AI people is our long-term product strategy: fictional AI identities with consistent personalities, continuity and the ability to interact across more than one format. It is not a claim that the characters are human or conscious.

* **Identity.** A coherent name, appearance, voice, personality and creative history.
* **Memory with control.** Personalization based on user permission, with understandable retention and deletion choices.
* **Multimodal presence.** Text, voice and visual expression connected within supported products.
* **Bounded agency.** The ability to take defined actions only within explicit permissions and safety limits, with human oversight.

## The role of Web3

Web3 development will focus on provenance, digital collectibility and clearly defined fan participation. Wallet-based features should be optional where practical, and each release should explain exactly what a token or collectible provides. A collectible does not automatically transfer character intellectual property, and this roadmap does not change the published $AI allocation or existing holder rights.

## A plan that can evolve

This roadmap reflects our current intentions as of August 2026. Dates, quantities, formats, priorities and scope may change with creative development, technical progress, resources, audience feedback and applicable requirements. Milestones are targets, not guarantees of delivery or financial returns. We will communicate material changes and confirm availability through official updates.
